"Pretty slow when trying to check deals"
I tried using dealcheck.io to run the numbers on a few properties, but it felt way slower than I expected. The pages took a while to load, and I kept sitting there waiting instead of actually reviewing the deals, which kind of defeats the purpose, you know? Maybe it runs better for other people or on a different setup, but for me it was just frustrating and not really worth the hassle.

"Helpful support, but slower than I expected"
Support did help me get the issue sorted out, so I can’t complain too much. I just expected the back-and-forth to be a little quicker, and the replies took longer than I was hoping. Overall it was okay, just not as fast as I thought it would be

"Numbers didn’t line up for me"
I tried Dealcheck for a rental property I was looking at, the numbers just didn’t match what I got when I ran them myself. Taxes, cash flow, and repair estimates all felt off, and it ended up making the deal look better than it really was. Maybe there was a setting I missed, but I know my numbers well enough to say I wouldn’t rely on it again without double-checking everything myself.

"Pretty straightforward once you poke around a bit"
I’ve been using DealCheck and, overall, it’s been easy to get the hang of after spending a little time clicking through the menus and figuring out where everything lives. I was able to run numbers on a deal without feeling like I had to constantly stop and look things up, which I appreciated. The layout is simple enough that it doesn’t feel overwhelming, and for the main stuff, it does what I need without too much hassle.

That said, there are still a few areas that feel kind of clunky, especially when I’m trying to edit certain details or track down a specific setting that isn’t exactly where I expected it to be. It’s not a dealbreaker by any means, and I wouldn’t say it’s hard to use, but it could definitely be a little smoother and more intuitive for someone who’s brand new to it. Overall, it’s a useful tool, just not quite as polished as it could be yet...

"The reports are helpful overall, but I do..."
The reports are helpful overall, but I do find myself wondering what some of the numbers actually mean?? The layout could definitely be cleaner too. It’s not bad, and I still use them, but I wouldn’t say they’re always super easy to trust at first glance.

"Helpful tool, but the price kind of messed up my plans"
Dealcheck is actually useful when you’re trying to run quick numbers on rentals or flips. I liked how fast it was to compare deals, and the reports were simple enough that I didn’t feel like I needed to be some seasoned investor to understand them.
My issue is the price. I was planning to use it here and there while checking out a few properties, but the cost made me rethink the whole plan, which was frustrating. If you’re using it all the time, it probably makes sense, but for occasional use it feels a bit too expensive for what I need

"Sorta missed the mark for me"
It was okay, but it felt sorta limited and didn’t have the main thing I needed
